Throughout its 20+ year history, Nike SB has always done right by the core of the skateboarding community. In 2025, that continued focus has shined through in the sub-brand’s recent collaborations. Following a Nike SB Dunk Low by the College Skateboarding Educational Fund – the only skateboarding scholarship in the US – New York collective Bronx Girls Skate is the latest organization to boast a high-profile collab with the Swoosh.
Founded by Mel Ramirez and Kava Vasquez in 2020, Bronx Girls Skate exists to empower, celebrate, and bring together women skateboarders in the Big Apple. The collective hosts three main events each year and has already amassed a team of ten skaters, many of whom grew up skating the city as teenagers.
Shown here via images leaked by @thesolesorcerer, the Bronx Girls Skate x Nike SB Dunk Low stands out with black stingray leather up top. Added piping helps distinguish the silhouette, taken in gradient “Challenge Red/Total Orange” coloring alongside white Swoosh logos. The sneaker’s official palette also includes “Lucky Green,” but it’s not exactly clear where that color appears based on this lone image (potentially on the tongue tag, backtab, and/or insoles). Underfoot, a black midsole and semi-clear “Smoke Grey” outsole round out the delivery.
The Bronx Girls Skate Nike SB Dunk Low is expected to release Holiday 2025 via skate shops and SNKRS, priced at $140. There will be lots more to unpack once official images become available, so stick with us for any and all updates over the coming months. For now, enjoy a first look below.
