Nigel Sylvester is back with another Jordan Brand project titled “Better With Time”. The concept draws inspiration from how sneakers—and people—grow in value with age and wear.
The campaign made its debut via a massive billboard in New York City, showing Nigel with his bike and the phrase “Better With Time.” The message suggests a deeper story behind the upcoming release.
It’s believe the campaign connects to the upcoming Nigel Sylvester Air Jordan 1 Low OG “Nitro” release. Leaked images reveal a tumbled black leather upper with hand-applied scuffs, reflecting Sylvester’s biking roots. These marks reinforce the “Better With Time” story through authentic wear detailing. A sail Swoosh, cream midsole, and red outsole round out the premium look. Finishing touches include a stitched mini Swoosh and Bike Air branding on the tongue and insole.
While official confirmation is still pending, sources expect the Air Jordan 1 Low OG “Nitro” to release in August 2025. This project follows the buzz created by Sylvester’s Air Jordan 4 “Brick by Brick”, which many have called a contender for Shoe of the Year.
Adding to the excitement, rumors also point to a special Bike Air edition of the Air Jordan 4 “Fire Red” coming later in 2025. However, that release has not yet been confirmed.
Nigel Sylvester continues to merge BMX culture with sneaker storytelling, giving fans both style and depth. Expect more details soon on this upcoming Jordan 1 Low OG and possible future drops.
