Every new Jordan shoe needs to check off “Bred” eventually, even golf models. After debuting in May following a star-studded unveiling at Michael Jordan’s golf combine, the Jordan Air Rev has landed in Chicago with a “Black/Infrared 23” colorway. Moreover, we’re pleased to report a new lower retail price of $255.
As touted in our initial breakdown, the Air Rev marks the first time a Nike or Jordan shoe has featured external Air. A movable Zoom unit sits inside a pouch on the trail foot (the back foot during a swing) for targeted pressure, while the lead foot is cushioned with Formula23 foam. The Air Rev also ditches standard laces in favor of a tongue-mounted dial and cable setup, offering a quick, precise lockdown.
This “Bred” colorway keeps things fairly straight forward, complete with a black upper, “Flint Grey” midsole, and “Infrared 23” on the sole and upper detailing. Pairs are available now via nike.com for $255; down from $270 a few months ago. See our Where To Buy section ahead for purchase links.
