This week at Eagles training camp, Jalen Hurts debuted in his upcoming Jordan Trunner O/S “University Red”.
Presenting a massive tonal red color palette and thick Y2K-inspired profile, the updated silhouette mixes utility and comfort with an off-season vibe that harkens back to Jordan Brand’s early aughts DNA.
“The University Red” colorway is as brash and confident as they come. Wrapping a breathable mesh base, suede overlays cover the upper while molded side cages and reflective accents provide structure and visual interest. Meanwhile, a thick and sculpted midsole provides tons of support, no matter if you’re getting your grind on or just grinding it out. Jumpman branding and “Jordan” text is strategically placed down the midfoot, without getting too in your face.
This is the fourth known colorway of the updated Trunner O/S, following the likes of “Cave Stone”, “Brown”, and “Pink”. With the release of this retro-future take, Jordan Brand continues its recent movement into out-of-time silhouettes that defy categorization.
The Jordan Trunner O/S “University Red” will release Fall 2025 at select Jordan Brand retailers and Nike.com for $115 USD.
