Nike Basketball revives a fan-favorite Foamposite-era colorway with the new Nike KD 18 “Eggplant”. Here’s what you need to know.
Evoking the loud, playful spirit of the 2009 Air Foamposite One “Eggplant”, the KD 18 is built around a glossy iridescent shell in Vivid Purple. It shines across the entire upper, from forefoot to heel in signature Foamposite fashion.
Hyper Pink mesh panelling fades into purples to add dimension, while black overlays and rope laces visually and structurally anchor the shoe. On the ground, the icy translucent outsole showcases Zoom Air cushioning, a regular in KD’s signature models.
