The Nike Air Max 90 Drift Pops Up In “Bright Ceramic”

by thesneakerscroll@gmail.com

First introduced with a modernized version of the Nike Air Huarache, the Drift sub-head suddenly surfaced again towards the top of 2024, bringing in a TPU-heavy version of the Nike Air Max Plus. After that silhouette drew plenty of eyes, the Nike Air Max 90 Drift brought a fresh face into the family, adding mechanized aesthetics to the classic sportswear icon. On an unofficial hiatus since around the start of 2025, the Nike Air Max 90 Drift “Bright Ceramic” helps the silhouette gear up for another season.

Sporting gridded synthetics and an overall hardened shell, the Air Max 90 Drift‘s composition is well built for the colder months ahead. Draping the shoe in nocturnal, steely tones only helps accentuate that, particularly effective with the jet black sole unit and mudguard. To help enliven that layout a bit, Nike deploys “Bright Ceramic” orange in the branding notes, marking a slight but nonetheless plenty impactful bit of contrast in the closing notes.

Expect the Nike Air Max 90 Drift “Bright Ceramic” to release sometime in the Fall/Winter 2025 window. A $165 sticker price is likely upon arrival.
