Can lightning strike twice? That’s the primary question we’re aiming to answer in the next few days as Nigel Sylvester drops his second Jordan collaboration of the year. Even in house, the competition for consumer attention will be strong through; the Air Jordan 12 “French Blue” touches down that exact same day. Outside of those two flashy drops, things are relatively calm, but no less attention-worthy; the Air Tech Challenge “Pixel Court,” END. x Salomon XT-Whisper Void “Avocado,” the debut of the ASICS GEL-Cumulus 16, and a new look for the New Balance 204L make up some of that additionals we’re tracking.
The above preview gives you a decent sense of what’s on the way, but not the full scope. For that, you’ll need to scroll ahead for the entire list, with the hyperlinks attached under each day’s picture containing hyperlinks back to our original coverage — there you’ll find “Where To Buy” links to grab your pair of each upon arrival. For any additional late-breaking updates, keep an eye on our Jordan Release Dates 2025 and Sneaker Release Dates pages.
August 11th is centered around another anime collection from the Colorado company, a re-release of the Demon Slayer Crocs after its 2022 introduction.
August 12th clears out entirely for the “Don’t Tap The Glass” rapper, as the next set of Tyler, The Creator Converse drops comes hot on the heels of his latest LP.
August 13th sees one of the buzzier models of this summer strike its second look: the New Balance 204L “Timberwolf.” For those with a more premium palette, the adidas Superstar “Made In Germany” brings plush materials and handcrafted construction to the shell toe.
August 14th first serves a retro, the Air Tech Challenge II “Pixel Court.” Then it’s a drop from a red-hot name in hip-hop, as the Skepta Skope Black has the BBK step out of his cross-continental beef into all-black footwear. Hoopers should keep an eye out for the Jordan Luka 4 “White Cement,” merging Jumpman heritage with Wonder Boy’s modern sensibilities. If you missed out on the original brand launch, the Whitaker Group New Balance collection goes wide via NB.com.
August 15th, for us, chiefly heralds the return of the ASICS GEL-Cumulus 16, back from 2014 in hopes of becoming the brand’s next big thing. For the long-timers, as the Nike Foamposite “Cough Drop” slides back onto shelves for the first time in more than a decade. On a more modern tip, the adidas Climacool Laced “Grey” brings colorway #2 for the 3D-printed sneaker and the Salomon END XT-Whisper “Avocado” stunner in their shared history. Another fresh proposition forges ahead with the PUMA LaFrance RNR “White,” and Yohji Yamamoto makes a rare step onto the court with the adidas Y-3 Tennis collection. Finally, for those dreaming of their next round of 18, the Air Jordan 14 Golf “Royal” is here to save the day.
August 16th gives us the slightest bit of deja vu, another collab vs. mainline Jumpman battle: your motive will surely vary on whether the Nigel Sylvester Jordan 1 Low “Better With Time” or the Air Jordan 12 “French Blue” is the grand prize this week. If you’d prefer to sit out of the Retro conversation altogether, Donovan Mitchell and adidas roll on with the DON Issue 7 “Panama.” Finally, those of a certain age and perhaps a certain geography won’t want to miss the Oasis adidas SPZL team-up.
