While many of their other efforts have brought them into courtrooms, BAPE has seen nothing of the sort flow from their relationship with adidas, working harmoniously alongside one another for more than two decades. It’s only right that the frequent partners would come together again as a seismic sports moment looms; Sneaker News is bringing you exclusive details on an upcoming BAPE x adidas World Cup Pack coming early next year.
Three silhouettes are on offer for the footwear half of this collection, beginning with the newest model, the BAPE x adidas adiStar HRMY. A reissue of the Y2K Harmony that re-entered the mainline back in March, it’s a tacit signal that the model will remain at the fore of the brand’s throwback arsenal in the months to come. The shoe at hand.capitalizes on its collaborator in relatively easily digestible fashion, pinning a Trefoil-laden camo on the upper na pinning a Shark graphic on the bottommost section of the midsole.
Then to more familiar faces. The adidas Campus 000 appears in a nocturnal crocodile leather, knowingly tying back to a Virgil Abloh sample that never saw a public release. Alternating Three Stripes and Star branding take over the left and right side of each shoe, respectively. Off-white tones within the overall trim imbue a vintage sensibility while gilded detailing ties to the championship stakes.
Interestingly, the legacy of the Superstar lives on with the final piece of footwear, the BAPE x adidas Samba. On top of marking a rare link-up on the soccer icon, it also ushers the “Skull Sta” graphic into the Three Stripes canon, nodding to the silhouette of the same name that functioned as a “takedown” or “Homage” to the Superstar. The same heightened material quality and alternating branding course through this pair, finished with a sensible “Forest Night” and “Off White” colorway.
We would be remiss not to mention some of the apparel also in store; hits on the flame-broiled 1998 Japanese team kits, two football jersey are the premier headlines, flipping the flaming 1998 Japan national jerseys and their star-spangled 1994 USA counterparts.
Retail pricing is not known at this time, but expect the BAPE x adidas World Cup Pack to release on February 1st, 2026. We’ve included images of the sneakers below, but given the far-off launch date, these samples may not reflect the final versions that hit public hands.
