Does the Boston brand have another viral hit on their hands? Early reactions to the New Balance 204L would point to yes, riding residual excitement from the Miu Miu New Balance 530 and overall slim-soled trends into sell-outs in its first two inline looks.

Where the silhouette’s first two editions chalked off refined, all-suede editions, the New Balance 204L now turns to the aesthetic that its parent company has made a killing in, shifting towards a tech runner composition. In kind, off-white tones and shiny chrome hits are abound throughout this profile,  the latter helping accentuate its layered upper composition rather than the sleeker arrangements seen on those suede counterparts. Jet black anchoring rounds things out on the outsole, heel, and “N” branding at the midfoot.

The New Balance 204L “Silver Metallic” is expected to release on September 1st, retailing for $130.
