Cynthia Lu’s Cactus Plant Flea Market has gained a reputation for boldly blending, colors, textures, and materials not often seen together on garb. In fact, some of her past concoctions have bordered on strange, but it’s that outlandishness that gained her notoriety. Truth is, Cactus Plant Flea Market is not for everyone, which is why Nike continues to partner with the weirdly wonderful brand.
The next chapter of CPFM Nike footwear is the Dunk Low rebuilt with spongy exteriors that provide a plush bulk to the silhouette. Similar to the Cactus Plant Flea Market Blazers that were customizable on Nike By You, these Dunks are lined with the padding, while the exterior features a mix of furs, suedes, and other fabrics that add supreme dimension to the everyday sneaker. These are, of course, not your everyday sneaker.
First previewed by Travis Scott during the Toma El Juego event in Los Angeles, the CPFM Swamp Sponge Dunks began its slow trickle through social media via a selected mix of individuals, all culminating in an official release during New York Fashion Week 2025. All three pairs are currently loaded on the CPFM website, each commanding a $155 price-tag. Stay tuned to Sneaker News on X for immediate updates on when these will be available.
