For the spooky season, Devin Booker’s Nike Book 1 gets a sinister new “Halloween” edition. The upcoming colorway mixes Booker’s classic refinement with dark zodiac undertones.
Crafted in tonal scorpion graphic black patent leather upper, the shoe pays tribute to Booker’s Scorpio sign. The scorpions appear to have a holographic sheen when the light hits, giving the sneaker a spectral but luxe look. Toned-down white laces and a black oversized Swoosh contrast the dark base, while a cream outsole mellows the sneaker for streetwear.
Foregoing the typical orange and black of most Halloween collaborations, this release instead uses a more subtle, fashion-led approach that’s been designed to reflect Booker’s own personal style – sharp, quiet and self-assured.
