New Balance is keeping the retro release train coming with the New Balance 204L “Silver Metallic” Pack. This release sees running-inspired silhouettes in Black and Garter Snake shades. Constructed of mesh and synthetic overlays, the sneaker is dressed in metallic-finish materials.
Weathered midsoles and vintage accents give the sneaker a well-worn aesthetic and feel similar to New Balance’s Y2K era track shoe designs. Accents of oversized “N” logos are reflective and pop out against the metallic layers, also adding texture while continuing the minimal and performance-focused appeal of the silhouette.
The outsole is a chunky black rubber that finishes off the details while sticking to the essential and functional approach.
