Through both collaborations and in-house drops, the adidas Superstar has been embarking on something of a world tour — releasing styles inspired by some of the planet’s most iconic cities. On the heels of a pink-hued London Superstar earlier this fall, adidas is hopping the Eurostar for its next stop: Paris.

The specific inspiration behind this pair isn’t entirely clear, but precedent gives us some solid clues. Continuing to draw from the local music scenes of each featured city, the “Paris” Superstar appears to channel the energy of Parisian drill culture. A shearling sockliner and red tartan pattern on the insoles recall the uniforms often seen in the city’s rap scene throughout the ’80s and ’90s. Up top, the shoe features a pebbled black leather upper paired with a red tongue tag marked “Paris” alongside a Trefoil logo. Lace dubraes read the city’s area code, while the off-white shell toe and matching midsole preserve the Superstar’s signature DNA.

The adidas Superstar “Paris” has already begun appearing on European release calendars for November 1st, 2025. Check out official retailer images below if you’re planning to add a little French flair to your rotation.
