Due in no small part to the success of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, comic books have gone from “nerdy” in the ’80s and ’90s to fully mainstream. Beyond film and television, that cultural shift has carried over into fashion and sneakers — evidenced by the many comic-themed collaborations that have touched nearly every major brand, Jordan included. With that, we’re now learning that a comic-inspired Air Jordan 4 is reportedly in the works for next year.
Firm details so far include a Fall 2026 release, official color palette of “Off White/Anthracite/Neutral Grey/Fire Pink/Light Arctic Pink/Muslin.” and product code IO2362-100. As always, early leaks of this nature should be taken with a grain of salt — the specific color blocking, materials, and any special detailing or branding remain unconfirmed. However, it’s likely that the design will draw inspiration from the bold pop-art graphics and expressive typography synonymous with comic books.
The speculative mockups shown above and below illustrate one possible direction for the release, though we’re still waiting on a first look at the actual pair. Given its youthful theme, the sneaker could release in kids’ sizing and might even wind up a kids’-exclusive.
The Air Jordan 4 “Comic” is slated for Fall 2026, meaning sometime between July and September next year. We’ll update our coverage as more details emerge. For now, enjoy a mockup below and keep it locked to our Jordan Release Dates page for updates.
