Nike Palace London Manor Place

The upcoming Palace x Nike Total 90 III SP collection marks a huge milestone for both brands — Palace’s first-ever collaboration with Nike, and a rare case of a label making the jump from adidas to Nike (we’ve seen plenty of movement in the opposite direction). To mark the occasion, both parties are going all out to ensure the partnership starts on the right foot, enlisting England legend Wayne Rooney and a lineup of footballers past and present to star in their debut campaign. Today, Palace and Nike are celebrating their new chapter further with the announcement of Manor Place, a community hub designed to embody the spirit of their partnership.

Located in a former Victorian bathhouse built in 1895, Manor Place isn’t just a temporary pop-up to promote one collaboration. It serves as a lasting north star for the future of Palace x Nike. The space is divided into three main zones: The Park and The Cage, The Front Room, and The Residency.

The Park features nods to some of London’s most iconic skate spots — Southbank, Stockwell, and the now-gone Victoria Benches. Beneath it sits The Cage, a mini turf football court that literally surfaces from the ground below. The Cage will host seasonal three-on-three leagues, community tournaments, and open-play sessions.

The Front Room will serve as the cultural heart of Manor Place, hosting workshops, panel talks, and pop-ups. Work from local London artists decorates the space, which also doubles as a retail hub for exclusive Nike x Palace product. Finally, The Residency offers studio space to six emerging creatives on a nine-month rotation, providing free access and the opportunity to exhibit their work in The Front Room. Best of all, the entire space is free and open to the public.

Manor Place, located at 33 Manor Place in London, opens to the public on November 11th, 2025. The inaugural Palace x Nike collaboration, officially titled the P90 collection, releases globally on October 31st via palaceskateboards.com and Palace retail stores. The Total 90 III SP footwear will also be available through SNKRS in select regions.
