This new “Employee of the Month” project plays with that memory while elevating it through streetwear cues. The collection uses familiar McDonald’s visuals, but the styling feels sharper than a typical nostalgia drop. It leans into workwear silhouettes, clean embroidery, and bold graphics, creating pieces that speak to ambition as much as uniform culture. The concept works because it reflects a real moment from Sylvester’s past, not a manufactured campaign.
