As one of the Jumpman’s most crucial partners, Nigel Sylvester has become a walking (or biking) billboard for Jordan Brand’s next wave of goods as his appeal to the youth continues to rise. His shoe collaborations in 2025 have both been outstanding hits, while the promise of more drops in 2026 continues to build on a strong foundation with the Queens native.
While his 2026 collaborations have yet to be revealed in full, Nigel just dropped a first look at a never-before-seen Air Jordan 3 that features a primarily black color-blocking with a graffiti-like artistic motif on the upper rife with funky lettering. If these ring some sort of a bell, that’s because Jordan Brand athlete Trae Young was spotted wearing a similar pair, but in a cream white.
The full backstory to this Air Jordan 3 design remains unknown for now, but trusted sneaker info source MrLoved1s confirmed that Trae’s pair will never release to the public. Given how the design isn’t quite aligned with Sylvester’s overall motif and this first look is rather random, the for-sample-only may apply to Nigel’s pair as well. For now, enjoy a first look and stay tuned for updates.
