Nike’s version of Sergio Lozano’s Air Max 95 Zip in “Phantom” tones it down and class it up. Designed with minimalist inspiration in mind, this pair delivers mostly neutral tones of Phantom, Smoke Grey and Black with pops of Light Crimson. Essentially it takes the relaxed fit of the Air Max 95 and trims it up a bit with sharper edges.
Instead of opting for a gradient construction here, this Nike Air Max 95 Zip relies on suede overlays to create a more seamless blend between materials. The zippered shroud tightens up the silhouette, while creating more of a streetwear edge to set it apart from typical Air Max 95 sneaker offerings.
Black accents anchor the upper, while subtle crimson hits bring contrast without breaking the neutral flow. The visible Air units remain intact, keeping performance DNA visible beneath the refinement. It’s a restrained update that respects the lineage.
