Cold gym lights reflect off fresh court lines, and that same glow appears on the latest youth drop tied to Ja Morant’s line. The blue reads calm at first glance but sharp in motion, more controlled than loud. Small details carry the energy, from the reflective laces to the light shimmer across the upper.
The “Cobalt Bliss” Ja 3 keeps its foundation simple but layered. A breathable mesh base is wrapped in a molded, triangular texture that moves from toe to heel. The pattern adds depth without cluttering the design, while a bold black Swoosh slices cleanly along the lateral side.
This Cobalt Bliss foam builds up underfoot around a framed ZoomX window that’s visible near the midfoot. Triangular dots pack tightly together throughout the outsole suggesting quick stops and starts that the shoe intends to deliver. Printed discreetly across the heel is “TEMPO” in a darker blue hue for good measure.
Overall color is a tad iridescent depending on light, which speaks to Nike’s dialed-back approach to GS textures as of late. Minimal shimmer here.
