With Holiday 2026 still months away, collaboration season is already taking shape around South Florida. SoleFly’s name has quietly become shorthand for Miami-flavored Jordan projects, and the next chapter leans deeper into that identity rather than repeating it.
The SoleFly x Air Jordan 5 surfaces as the boutique’s first take on the model, extending a partnership that has already touched the Air Jordan 3, 12, and 8.
Built around dark Anthracite and Off Noir suede, the design keeps its base restrained before letting accents do the talking. Aurora Green appears on the tongue Jumpman and internal detailing, while red flame hits ignite the midsole in a way that feels intentionally Miami without leaning cartoonish. SoleFly replaces the traditional “23” on the lateral side, yet Nike Air remains anchored on the heel.
A revised lacing system becomes the most memorable deviation, allowing the laces to wrap around the heel before tying at the front, subtly shifting how the silhouette reads in profile. That choice hints at a broader trend of collaborators treating heritage models less as static archives and more as editable platforms. A translucent outsole and a custom SoleFly hangtag complete the package.

The SoleFly x Air Jordan 5 is set to release October 1, 2026 via SoleFly before a wider NBHD release on October 8, 2026, placing the drop firmly in the fall calendar, with pricing still to be announced.
