Air Jordan 4020 Dropping At NBA All-Star Weekend

by thesneakerscroll@gmail.com

The floodgates are open. NBA All-Star Weekend continues to dish out first looks and exclusive releases, this time honing in on the hybrid Air Jordan 4020. The sneaker is set to drop at the Foot Locker Takeover pop-up tomorrow, February 14th, priced at $200 USD.

First seen on the feet of Jordan Brand athlete Bam Adebayo, the Air Jordan 4020 is a hybrid mashup of the Air Jordan 40 and Jordan 20, borrowing the latter model’s distinguishable laser-etched strap. White patent leather makes up the toe and sides, complemented by a black leather heel and printed Black/Varsity Red graphic on the insoles. Having the sneaker in-hand also gives us a look at the outsole, which features graphics reminiscent of the AJ20’s Independent Podular Suspension cushioning setup.

The 4020 is just one of many hybrid Air Jordan 40s, joined by odes to the 1, 14, 16, 23, and 28 models. The Jordan 4014 and Jordan 4028 have yet to drop as of this writing.

Again, the Air Jordan 4020 will be available at the Foot Locker Takeover in Los Angeles tomorrow, February 14th. Retail is set at $200 USD.
