Once a sidelined category for the Swoosh, recovery footwear is all of a sudden a real point of intrigue. Obviously the mind goes to… well, the Nike Mind 001 and Mind 002, prompting lines dozens deep and becoming a real secondary market fixture. However, the story runs all the way back to the 2024 Olympics, where the ReactX Rejuven8 became the slide de jour, perhaps something that prompted the return of its parent model.
Indeed, the Rejuven8 title first dawned with the Rejuven8 Run that touched down for Beijing 2008, in a serendipitous parallel. Nike has brought the silhouette back to the fore as a style-forward women’s model, highlighting the ability of the shoe to entirely decouple its fabric interiors and rubber shell. To accent that convertible aspect and further add customizability, this “Rust Factor” edition actually arrives with two options for the mesh interior, one that matches the red outsole traction and one in black that doubles down on most of the real estate in the shell.
The Nike Rejuven8 Run “Rust Factor” is confirmed to carry a $135 retail price in women’s sizing. A concrete date for this pair hasn’t been confirmed just yet, but we’ll keep this page and our Sneaker Release Dates hub up to date with the latest as it comes to light.
