APB is stepping further into the spotlight with another Nike V5 RNR collaboration tied to The Whitaker Group’s expanding retail network. While the sneaker industry continues to face challenges at the storefront level, James Whitner’s collective stands out for its steady growth, bringing together A Ma Maniere, Social Status, APB, and Jaide under one vision.
Following both A Ma Maniere’s and Social Status‘ take on the V5 RNR, APB now offers its own interpretation of the same silhouette. This version leans closer to Nike’s in-line design language but still carries the distinct storytelling approach seen across Whitaker Group projects. The base arrives with an off-white midsole paired with metallic silver overlays, giving the shoe a familiar yet elevated foundation.
Color plays a key role in separating this release. Hits of pink and blue appear across the upper, adding contrast and energy. Meanwhile, the Swoosh introduces a layered mix of light pink and brown, creating a subtle “Neapolitan” effect that adds depth without overpowering the overall design. The balance between neutral tones and bold accents keeps the look wearable while still visually engaging.
The APB x Nike V5 RNR is expected to release in Spring 2026 as part of The Whitaker Group’s rollout. The retail price tag is set at $95 USD.
