We’ve seen plenty of indoor football silhouettes getting released lately and Nike is leaning into that momentum with another colorway that is quite nostalgic. The Nike Total 90 III “Bred” is another example of the brand resurfacing one of its most iconic colorways. Naturally associated with Jordan thanks to MJ’s influence on the shoe, the colors blend right in with football culture.
Patent leather gives the shoe’s upper a glossy finish while accentuating the black/red split with more definition than we’ve seen in previous versions. A red Nike Swoosh overlays the side of the shoe and red laces and lining continue that theme. White overlays the circular “90” logo on the medial side of the shoe, maintaining one of the major highlights from the OG early-2000s colorway.
As for the outsole, indoor tooling comes standard with a white midsole/black outsole combination. Simple as ever, this allows Nike to focus on refreshing heritage kicks with materials upgrades instead of redesigning them from the ground up.
