Whether the W continues as planned or its start ends up delayed, Jordan Brand isn’t taking chances; they’re gearing up for a new league year far ahead of time with a WNBA colorway for the all-new Jordan Heir Series 2.
For the uninitiated, the Jordan Heir story began in 2024, threading a tight narrative needle; it was the first model under the Jumpman to be led on a design level by women but nonetheless was geared for unisex wear. Even if those particulars can trip up the onlooker, those actually taking the hardwood showed that mission was well placed; chief Jordan endorsees in the W like Gabby Williams and Napheesa Collier championed the silhouette in their league, while Bradley Beal and Tim Hardaway Jr. demonstrated real cachet on the men’s side.
The sequel isn’t leaving anything unclear, as this WNBA colorway goes to show. A regal blend of off-white uppers, black siding, and an icy sole unit sets the stage for a gilded W logo on the left tongue, alternating to the Jumpman on the right. As with the pairs we’ve previewed previously, a drop-in Cushlon 3.0 midsole and forefoot Air Zoom remain on the hardware level; a semi-viral touch in an included hair tie on the heel is also constant.
The Jordan Heir Series 2 “WNBA” will retail for $120, but when exactly it’ll touch down is less clear. You can catch official images while we work to confirm. We’ll keep this page and our Jordan Releases 2026 landing page up to date as that info solidifies.
