Donovan Mitchell Is “Dreaming Big” On The adidas DON Issue 7

James Harden heading from LA to The Land was monumental in a few different ways. First and foremost, it gave new life to a Cavaliers team that entered the year as an Eastern Conference favorite. Though the elder guard may have stolen the show at All-Star from a product standpoint with his Willy Chavarria collaboration, trust that Mitchell had his own surprises in store. In addition to the official “All-Star” colorways for the adidas DON Issue 7, Spida laced up a “Why Are You Dreaming So Big” PE, with this to say just before he took the court:

“That’s what you do; you dream big because you don’t get the destination without dreaming. You put yourself in that position in your mind, and then you go out and execute.”

Now revealed as a retail release, that question sits nestled onto the midsole on this tropical pair, plausibly an adaptation of Cavs blue and orange with far more vibrant overtones. To really drive that home, vivid green trim down the zipper and on the midfoot plate accent this shoe, additionally coating a new logo on the tongue.

The adidas DON Issue 7 “Why Are You Dreaming So Big?” doesn’t have a concrete release date just yet, but expect this pair to hold to its usual $120 sticker price in adult sizing.
