Kith is stepping into a new lane with its first true performance running footwear, created in partnership with Swiss brand On. Leading the charge is Ronnie Fieg, who expands his design portfolio by helping build two models from the ground up under Kith’s newly introduced K-Tech line.
The project marks a shift from Kith’s previous involvement with On, where the brand helped spotlight models like the Cloudzone but didn’t contribute to the technical design. This time, Kith plays a direct role in shaping both the structure and performance of the shoes, signaling a deeper investment in the running category.
Early preview videos shared by Fieg offer a behind-the-scenes look at the development process. Initial concepts included visible Kith branding within the CloudTec midsole, though the final version moves that detail to the outsole for a cleaner finish. Both models share a similar foundation underfoot, while the uppers take different directions.

The K-Tech 1 features a more streamlined, performance-driven build, while the K-Tech 2 introduces layered synthetic panels for a more structured look. Multiple colorways have already surfaced, blending neutral tones with richer hues like green, navy, and burgundy.
While official release details remain under wraps, current expectations point toward a late 2026 drop. The collaboration positions Kith as a more serious player in performance footwear, not just lifestyle-driven design.
