The World Baseball Classic is officially underway, and there’s no doubt that each country-based team will be flexing their own exclusive gear to assist them on this journey to global supremacy of the diamond. Puerto Rico, a strong contender to take home the crown, kicks things off by revealing the adidas BadBo 1.0 “Puerto Rico” cleat, connecting to Bad Bunny’s roots.

Revealed by Team Puerto Rico players Kike Hernandez (Los Angeles Dodgers), José De León (Boston Red Sox), Edwin Diaz (Los Angeles Dodogers), and former Major Leaguer Martin Maldonado took to Instagram Stories to flex their player-only edition that features two tones of blue on the upper as well as the initials of Bad Bunny and Puerto Rico on the upper ankle.
