All is well in the sneaker world when Nike is cooking up fresh new designs. With success in the running category off the strength of the Vomero Plus and Pegasus Premium as well as some highly-anticipated quirky gems in the women’s First Sight collection, the Swoosh is seeing motion stronger than in recent years. A lot of the credit also goes to the Nike Mind 001, the slip-on mule that redefined daily and convenient comfort.
Already selling out earlier this year, the Nike Mind 001 stands to expand into more silhouettes and sports categories in the future. But without looking too far ahead, Nike needs to drop more colorways to ensure everyone (and we mean everyone) gets to try this new cushioning unit for themselves. The good news is, Nike has plenty more in the works, like this “Geode Teal” edition that fades a darker green into light at the bottom and features the bottom nodules colored in yellow.
