The adidas Anthony Edwards 2 “Bulldawgs” Releases Ahead Of March Madness

by thesneakerscroll@gmail.com

Has Anthony Edwards made a believer out of you yet? You’re in the minority if not. The Minnesota guard is having the best year of his young career, one that he and the Timberwolves are hoping ends with some hardware to show for it. Ant is also the de facto face of adidas Basketball, continuing to take jabs at his Western Conference opponents in ads while his signature shoes keep landing in new colorways.

This one’s for the ‘dawgs – the Georgia Bulldogs to be specific. Edwards’ alma mater figures to be a go-to reference as his signature line continues to mature, here serving as the inspo behind an upcoming Anthony Edwards 2 style. The sides come in red, the tongue and collar in black, while the outsole and “fangs,” as Ant puts them, are done mostly in silver.

Nike is the official apparel and footwear sponsor for the University of Georgia, so we might not ever see the actual Bulldog land on an Anthony Edwards adidas shoe. The timing of this release lines up with the start of March Madness, but it remains to be seen whether the Bulldogs will make the cut this year.

The adidas Anthony Edwards 2 “Bulldawgs” releases March 14th via adidas and retailers. Men’s and Grade School sizes will be available, priced at $130 and $100, respectively.
