In recent months, the Mind 001 has quietly gained attention within Nike’s lifestyle and recovery category. Its rise follows the popularity of other easy-wear options like the Nike Calm Slide, signaling Nike’s continued investment in slip-on footwear. As the category grows heading into 2026, the “White/Speed Red” colorway arrives as one of the newest additions to the expanding lineup.
Unlike traditional slides that focus strictly on cushioning, the Nike Mind 001 is built around the brand’s Mind Science platform, which explores how footwear can influence relaxation and balance through sensory feedback. The concept centers on specially placed pressure zones underfoot designed to stimulate key areas of the foot, potentially helping wearers feel more relaxed and centered during everyday wear.
This upcoming colorway presents the sculpted mule in a crisp White foam upper, giving the design a clean and minimal look. Subtle perforations appear across the vamp for ventilation, while a glossy Black Swoosh sits along the lateral side for understated branding.
