You might recall that Nike dropped a set of “Triple White” and “Triple Black” Forces featuring carbon fiber uppers last year, adding subtle automotive-inspired twists to its best-selling lifestyle model. Now Beaverton is revisiting the idea, albeit with carbon fiber details used more sparingly this time around.
The design starts with the classic “Uptown” look in white leather. From there we have a few updates, led by Midnight Navy carbon fiber on the Swooshes. A matching Midnight Navy mini Swoosh appears on the lateral forefoot, joined by a branded backtab and coordinated Nike Air hits. We’ve also got a leather tongue as opposed to the model’s usual nylon one.
