Nike’s Tuned Air line continues to evolve, and new colorways keep the late-’90s icon firmly in rotation. One of the upcoming entries is the Nike Air Max Plus “Metallic Silver”, a summer-ready update that brings a cooler tone to the familiar TN design.
This pair lands in a White, Metallic Silver, Ashen Slate, and Midnight Navy mix. A breathable white mesh base carries the structure, while metallic silver overlays trace the model’s recognizable shape. Blue gradients slide through the signature TPU cage, giving the tiger-stripe lines a little more depth across the upper.
Elsewhere, you’ll notice these blues around the branding and select sections of the outsole. Around the lace detail, Nike worked in a small metallic ring which is another tiny detail that makes the sneaker feel just a hair cleaner without detracting from the silhouette’s tough demeanor.
Further down south, the outsole bleeds into blue from a darker hue, wrapping up the color story. All in all, this approach feels more like a tweak than anything completely reinventing the TN DNA.
