Nike Sportswear is expanding its women’s lineup with another bold, color-driven release. The Nike Air More Uptempo “Pink Blast” brings a vibrant twist to the classic basketball silhouette that first rose to fame in the late 1990s.
This version features a bright pink leather upper that wraps across the midsole and outsole. Meanwhile, the model’s oversized “AIR” branding appears in glossy black, creating a sharp contrast that emphasizes the sneaker’s iconic design.
Additional black accents help balance the look. A mini Swoosh on the toe, matching heel branding, and darker midfoot details break up the bold pink color scheme. Underfoot, visible Air cushioning remains in place, maintaining the comfort and performance heritage that defined the Uptempo line.
First released in 1996, the Air More Uptempo quickly became one of basketball’s most recognizable sneakers. Now, with the OG “Black/White” colorway returning in Fall 2026, the model is once again gaining major attention. Its oversized lettering and fearless design helped it stand out on the court while cementing its place in streetwear culture.
The “Pink Blast” colorway gives the retro model a modern lifestyle update. While the bright pink tones add a fresh edge, the sneaker still keeps the bold personality that made the Uptempo a classic.
