Nike is tapping into early-2000s energy with a bold Air Force 1 rollout built around glossy patent leather finishes and bright color blocking. Set for Spring/Summer 2026, the upcoming pack leans into nostalgic styling while keeping the classic silhouette front and center.
The collection features three standout colorways, each built with shiny patent leather uppers and clean two-tone palettes. A “Topaz Gold” pair mixes yellow and green, while “Dark Team Red” blends burgundy with orange accents. Meanwhile, the “Mystic Navy” option combines deep blue and purple, finished off with light lime green laces for contrast. Across the board, each pair includes smooth leather liners and icy translucent outsoles that elevate the overall look.
Nike designer Frank Cooke also previewed the “Mystic Navy” pair, sharing insight into the process behind bringing these general release styles to life. His comments highlight the challenge of designing everyday sneakers that still feel exciting, while emphasizing the team effort behind the project.
