Noah Delivers Patchwork And Plaid In First Ever Converse Collab

It’s always an occasion when sneaker brands link up with household names for the first time. Such is the case here, as New York City-based menswear label Noah is set to launch its debut collaboration with Converse – its first within the broader Nike Inc. ecosystem.

Those familiar with Noah’s design language will recognize Converse as a natural partner, with both staking a claim in that classic, surf-leaning, slightly preppy corner of American fashion. Founded in 2015 by former Supreme creative director Brendon Babenzien and his wife Estelle Bailey-Babenzien, Noah’s sneaker portfolio isn’t exactly shallow, but it hasn’t always been front and center in the sneaker conversation, anchored by past projects with PUMA, adidas, and most notably Vans.

The inaugural Noah x Converse collection delivers both high and low-top Chuck 70s. The high features a patchwork construction with maroon, olive green, and Insignia Blue canvas panels, while the low-top leans even more preppy with True Blue plaid.

“The relationship between Converse and Noah goes back to the very beginning – from day one of the brand,” says Babenzien. “We are proud to say that Converse is now back in our lives again in our 10th year. It is a testament to their commitment to creative ideas and an acknowledgment of the timeless style that Converse embodies.”

The collection releases first at global Noah locations on March 26th, followed by a wider drop via Converse.com and select retailers on March 27th. The Chuck 70 Hi is priced at $120, while the low (Ox) retails for $115. See official images below if you’re considering copping.
