A warm-weather shift is coming to one of adidas’ most familiar silhouettes. Instead of reworking the Samba with loud changes, this version takes a lighter approach, keeping the front half recognizable while opening up the back for a more relaxed feel. The adidas Samba Mule Woven “Crew White” still carries the shape that made the original so easy to wear, but it now leans more naturally into summer.
Starting at the top, that update begins with the upper. Swapping out the traditional leather construction for a woven style, the shoe instantly takes on a breathable, textured aesthetic. It feels lightweight and relaxed, while maintaining the low-top silhouettes that have helped keep the Samba relevant year-round. It’s less of a rework and more of a refreshing update for the season.
Toward the back, the lack of a heel truly transforms it into a slip-on. Textured suede overlays spanning the toe and eyestay offer structure, while the Three Stripes opt for a muted textured finish that meshes with the rest of the upper rather than popping. Underfoot, the gum sole provides the signature finish we’ve come to expect from the Samba.
The adidas Samba Mule Woven “Crew White” is expected to release in Summer 2026 through adidas.com and select retailers.
