With three colorways dropping this week, the adidas Megaride AG is finally set to graduate from its teaser phase and start occupying real shelf space, delivering pure retro tech in a chunky silhouette that could wind up being adidas’ biggest new model of the year when it’s all said and done.
Here we have a break from the relatively contemporary looks seen thus far, the model taking on a bright “Hi-Res Blue” colorway for Summer 2026. The base features a vivid, almost lapis-like blue mesh, paired with smoky blue TPU elements and cyan accents on the laces, toe cap, and heel. The spine, lining, and chunky Megaride cushioning, meanwhile, are all done in navy.
To the uninitiated, the Megaride AG is a retro-inspired silhouette featuring adidas’ trademark Megaride cushioning tech from the 2000s, part of a broader category revival alongside a number of other models. Willy Chavarria helped bring the AG to the masses with a collaborative pack earlier this year, followed by multiple inline styles in April.
The adidas Megaride AG “Hi-Res Blue” lands Summer 2026 for $200. See official images below if you’re considering copping.
