Run clubs around metro areas are as well attended as ever, as every fashion outlet, magazine, and blog continues reporting on the blurred lines between fashion and performance running.
It’s that sustained demand that Nike continues to ride with its roster of ultra-stacked trainers, most notably the Vomero Plus and Pegasus Premium. With the latter aesthetically pleasing enough to deploy in casual settings yet tech-filled enough to hold up to most runners’ needs, it’s been in the Swoosh’s best interest to keep as many color options on offer as possible. The latest is a “White/Aluminum” split that keeps most of the shoe in classic white before fading into a light aquatic ombré through the midsole, while a bold royal blue Swoosh cuts across the quarter.
The Nike Pegasus Premium “White/Aluminum” is listed for an August 1st release on retailer calendars, retailing for $220 in women’s sizing.
