It’s hard to beat the classics. That’s been a concept Jordan collectors have been familiar with for decades, watching as time and time again, it’s the OG colorways that typically stand the test of time and become objects of desire through multiple re-releases. If the Air Jordan 4 has “Bred” and the Air Jordan 5 has “Black Metallic,” the Air Jordan 13 bucks its preceding peers by stamping a non-Bulls colorway as arguably its definitive look.
The Air Jordan 13 “Flint” was the sole OG release for the silhouette to break away from the white/red/black coloring that’d been a reliable formula for the Jumpman for every model before, though it does tap into Mike’s favorite color through navy fabric siding and blue trim in the sole unit. Even devoid of on-court inspiration, the overall combination of navy/grey/white is just the sort of complementary blend that just works, finished with a contrasting neon green jewel at the collar. This marks the fourth overall release for the Jordan 13 “Flint,” following the initial 1998 drop, a 2010 retro, and a 2020 retro, and in welcome news for OG collectors, this 2026 version sticks close to the original layout.
