Los Angeles is already setting the tone for a massive NBA All-Star Weekend, and the city’s sneaker energy is moving right alongside it. With a new USA vs. World game format and the possibility of LeBron James’ final All-Star appearance at home, the atmosphere feels charged. Adding to that momentum, Foot Locker is preparing a full-scale takeover that blends sneakers, culture, and live experiences.
At the center of it all is the Foot Locker All-Star Takeover 2026, returning for its third consecutive year and now billed as its largest edition yet. Running from February 12 through February 15 at L.A. LIVE, the event promises nonstop programming, celebrity and athlete appearances, and early access to some of Jordan Brand’s most anticipated releases. The Air Jordan 4 “Lakeshow”, Air Jordan 5 “Wolf Grey”, and Air Jordan 6 “Infrared Salesman” headline the lineup, with additional exclusives like the Converse SHAI 001, PUMA MB.05, and adidas Anthony Edwards 2 rounding out the drops.
Visually, the experience is designed to feel immersive rather than retail-driven. ANTLAND will celebrate Anthony Edwards’ Atlanta roots, while a drive-in themed setup highlights LaMelo Ball’s Fast & Furious collection. These spaces lean into storytelling, making the event feel more like a cultural festival than a sneaker pop-up.
Built with interaction in mind, customization and community play a major role. Jae Tips is hosting a New Era hat station, giving fans a chance to design something personal. Kids Foot Locker adds a family-friendly layer with a Nike x LEGO activation that brings younger sneaker fans into the experience.
This setup signals a shift in how sneaker brands activate All-Star Weekend. Instead of focusing only on product, the emphasis now sits on engagement, creativity, and memory-making. It shows design maturity in event planning and reflects where sneaker culture is heading.
The Foot Locker All-Star Takeover 2026 takes place February 12–14 from 10 AM to 10 PM and February 15th from 10 AM to 7 PM at L.A. LIVE, with access through Foot Locker’s official event programming and releases on-site.
