BYU’s AJ Dybantsa has been the face of Nike’s youth movement in the hoop circuit, officially debuting the brand’s next-gen silhouettes while getting some quality treatment that no other athlete is getting. A year ago, the NIL athlete was the first to unveil the Nike GT Future on a basketball court, sporting an all-black edition that stirred up a frenzy on social media. Now, he’s got some of his own Player Exclusives, setting the stone for what may be a signature shoe.

Against Houston on the evening of February 7th, the lanky forward revealed a new colorway of the Zoom GT Cut 4 in a red, black, and blue colorway with some unique detailing towards the rear of the shoes. A closer inspection via on-court images provided by Slam reveals that these are a Spider-Man themed concept, and the aforementioned detailing at the heel is actually the sticky webbing shot by the superhero. Alongside the color palette and web-inspired detailing is Dybantsa’s PE logo, which sits right at the heel.

With Dybantsa projected to be one of the top selections of the upcoming 2026 NBA draft, Nike seems to have some high hopes for the freshman — and rightfully so.
