A softer palette is quietly reshaping Nike’s experimental slip-on line, leaning away from bold color in favor of restraint. That shift comes into focus with a new women’s-only edition of the brand’s unconventional clog, arriving in a clean “Sail” finish that feels more studio-ready than statement-making. Instead of chasing attention, this release settles into a calm, almost sculptural presence.
Construction-wise, the one-piece molded build remains untouched as it encapsulates the foot in an ivory cream hue that spans from the upper to midsole. Ventilation comes from subtle perforations across the shoe, and a slim metallic Swoosh that lines the lateral panel but never steals the show. Sole-wise, the classic series of 22 orange pods continue to take center stage as they provide the otherwise subdued silhouette with its signature flair and undeniable resemblance to past Mind releases.
Logos are used minimally with black text stamped on the footbed and only a few hits of branding sprinkled around. Overall this release feels more like a showpiece than other colorful retros, letting the design do the talking rather than logos. If past colorways felt loud in grey, black, or light bone then this iteration is the toned down brother—quiet and clean.
