adidas Equipment EVO SL “White/Black” KJ8839

A familiar color story returns with a subtle shift in direction, as adidas continues to rework its modern running lineup through an EQT-inspired lens. This latest update taps into heritage cues while pushing the build toward something more durable and structured.

The adidas Equipment EVO SL “White/Core Black” introduces the first clear look at the Evo SL Equipment remix, carrying over the same white and black balance seen on the original debut. However, this version moves away from traditional mesh, replacing it with lightweight ripstop across the side panels and tongue for added reinforcement.

Elsewhere, the upper keeps things clean with black branding against a bright white base. The Three Stripes extend into a stacked Lightstrike Pro midsole in a soft cream finish, giving the model a more performance-driven edge. A terry cloth sockliner adds comfort, while the grey Continental outsole grounds the design.

That shift toward ripstop construction suggests a broader move toward durability within adidas’ lifestyle-performance crossover space, rather than just visual updates.

The adidas Equipment EVO SL “White/Core Black” releases Spring 2026 for $150 via adidas.com and select retailers.
