Nike Air Foamposite One “Phantom/Barely Volt” (2026)

by thesneakerscroll@gmail.com

Nike Basketball is keeping the Air Foamposite One in rotation, lining up a fresh “Phantom/Barely Volt” colorway for Holiday 2026. The Eric Avar-designed silhouette from 1997 continues to evolve, with this upcoming pair leaning into a clean, modern palette while staying true to its signature molded build.

Early details point to a glossy Phantom shell across the Foamposite upper, giving the shoe a smooth off-white appearance. Supporting elements throughout the upper are expected to follow a similar neutral tone, creating a uniform look. Underfoot, the outsole introduces contrast with a semi-translucent finish and a subtle Barely Volt tint, adding a faint neon edge to the design.

While not confirmed, there is speculation around potential glow-in-the-dark features. Previous Foamposite releases have used similar outsoles with that effect, so it remains a possibility for this pair. Even without it, the combination of soft neutrals and light volt accents keeps the look sharp and wearable.

The Nike Air Foamposite One “Phantom/Barely Volt” is expected to release during Holiday 2026, likely between October and December. Retail is set at $240, with more details and official images expected closer to launch.
