The Vans Authentic is primed for a huge year as it celebrates its 60th anniversary. The Greg Betty-designed, Chanel bag-inspired “Charms” pack set the tone from the jump, and there’s a lot, and we mean a lot, more on the way. While patterns are set to play a big role throughout, this upcoming collaboration with Canada’s Haven Shop takes a more understated route, prioritizing elevated hardware over flair.
A product of Vans’ OTW division, the Haven x Vans Authentic applies clean, contemporary black and white colorways to the Authentic Vibram, each equipped with a vulcanized Vibram outsole for enhanced grip and long-term durability. The uppers are made from premium hairy suede and nubuck, complete with leather piping, perforated tongues, and a new bolt-shaped eyelets. Tan leather sockliners add another elevated touch.
The Haven x Vans Authentic duo is currently listed on Vans’ release calendar for March 27th, priced at $140 per pair. Additional releases through Haven and select retailers will likely land on or around that date. See official images below if you’re considering copping.
