International football culture continues to shape streetwear style, and adidas is tapping into that energy with a new two-shoe release. The upcoming adidas Handball Spezial “FIFA” Pack celebrates two iconic national teams through subtle design cues tied to their football heritage.
Argentina gets rendered in navy suede and white leather accents with Three Stripes and heel tabs. Thin detailing around the laces, tongue label and adidas “Spezial” logo are light blue to match the adidas colors of the nation. Three stripes branding appears on the insole tongue graphic while maintaining colorways. The shoe retains its retro indoor sport vibe with a gum outsole. The crest of the Argentine Football Association can be found embroidered on the heel.
Spain contrasts an off-white suede base with burgundy leather overlays and accents. From the Three Stripes down to the heel tab, tongue label and insole graphic everything is tinted with burgundy reminiscent of the Spanish national team. Accenting gold Spezial font decals can be found down the sides. Retaining the traditional gum sole, the national crest of Spain is found on the heel.
