The Nike Book 2 is joining Nike Basketball’s growing WNBA 30th Anniversary lineup with a colorway that leans into the league’s late-90s roots.
Early images show Devin Booker’s second signature shoe dressed in a clean white upper with textured leather, while navy and red accents bring in the familiar throwback look tied to the wider collection. A gradient hit along the midsole adds another strong detail and helps the pair stand apart from the standard team-style setups already attached to the model.
Vintage-inspired branding pushes the theme further across the shoe. The insoles feature a retro “Just Do It” treatment, while an “est. 1996” side tag nods directly to the WNBA’s founding year. Nike also adds an aged-looking midsole finish, giving the release a more archival feel without overdoing the concept. Altogether, the design feels in line with the anniversary story already seen on other Nike models, but the Book 2 still carries it in its own way.
The Nike Book 2 “WNBA 30th Anniversary” is currently set to release on May 2, 2026 through select Nike Basketball retailers and Nike.com. Retail pricing is expected to land at $145 USD, making this one of the more notable upcoming drops tied to the league’s 30-year celebration.
