Devin Booker brought a fresh Player Exclusive to the floor for the Play-In, debuting the Nike Book 2 “Sunburst” PE in a strong Phoenix Suns-inspired color scheme. Even with the Suns taking a tough loss, the new pair quickly stood out thanks to its rich purple base and bright orange accents.
The Nike Book 2 “Sunburst” PE keeps Booker’s next signature model looking sharp and game-ready. A textured purple upper gives the shoe a molded, almost rugged feel, while orange lands on the Swoosh, lace details, tongue branding, and heel pull tab. An icy outsole finishes the pair with a clean contrast that helps the colors pop even more.
Phoenix energy runs through the entire design, making this one of the more natural PE colorways tied to Booker’s on-court identity. The mix of purple and orange is instantly recognizable, and the low-cut shape keeps the model in line with the sleek performance look that helped make his first signature shoe such a hit.
The Nike Book 2 “Sunburst” PE has not been confirmed for a retail release. That said, early Devin Booker pairs have shown that exclusives can always turn into public drops later, so this one is still worth watching closely.
