Union had a hand in delivering one of the most important Air Jordan 1 releases in recent memory, a three-way collab with Fragment Design that helped rev up the “hype” machine after years of lackluster demand caused by oversaturation. Can they do the same for the Nike Dunk? That’s the question on our minds, as we’ve now got an early image of a collaborative style expected to land during the Fall 2026 shopping window.
Little is known about the sneaker other than the fact that it exists. A leaked image (embedded below) shows a black pair with yellow stitching and a Union logo stamped onto the tongue. The rest of the design remains a mystery at this stage.
The project arrives at a pivotal time for the Nike Dunk Low, with the Swoosh expected to finally reduce the model’s shelf presence later this year, making good on a promise that’s already been delayed multiple times. With that downshift comes a number of more hype-driven releases, including some Kobe Bryant Dunks as well as the collab we have before us today.
Union doesn’t quite carry the same sell-through power as, say, Travis Scott shoes, and its most recent Nike collab arrived to a pretty lackluster reception. Still, the Union name holds serious weight whenever it hits headlines. This latest effort actually marks the brand’s second Dunk Low collaboration, following a three-style “Passport Pack” that released around the model’s apex in 2022.
Union generally releases multiple styles per Nike Inc. collaboration, so we’d expect at least one more Union x Nike Dunk Low to accompany this black colorway. Fall 2026 is the tentative launch window, meaning sometime between July and September.
